To bring the best yoga practice to our children, Tovami has teamed up with Susan Fried and Budding Buddhas Children's Yoga. Budding Buddhas Yoga and Mindfulness Programs are designed to give children the best age-appropriate yoga experiences inspiring them to use the techniques they learn in class in their everyday lives.
